We also provide usage guidance and support for any ancillary services upon the customer\u2019s request.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Delivery time:<\/strong> Within <strong>30 working minutes<\/strong> (excluding consultation time, the time for the customer to select and confirm a plan, and payment confirmation to eWave). The countdown starts from the moment eWave receives and confirms your successful bank transfer and issues an invoice, for eSIM products (international data eSIM plans).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Delivery is fast and <strong>not dependent on geographic distance<\/strong>, but on the timing of selection, confirmation, and payment, as well as the completeness of the customer\u2019s contact information (valid phone number and email address).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> In the event of any delay in delivery or service provision, eWave will promptly notify the customer and offer the option to cancel the order if desired.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2) International Mobile Wi-Fi Device (Pocket Wi-Fi)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Delivery Time<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Ho Chi Minh City and adjacent provinces:<\/strong> Within <strong>02 working days<\/strong> (excluding Sundays and public holidays), counted from the date eWave receives your bank transfer for the Pocket Wi-Fi rental service (international mobile Wi-Fi plan).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mekong Delta (Mi\u1ec1n T\u00e2y), Central, and Northern regions:<\/strong> Within <strong>03\u201306 working days<\/strong> (excluding Sundays and public holidays), counted from the date eWave receives your bank transfer. Customer Care will advise, quote, and <strong>activate the plan within 30 minutes<\/strong> according to your travel schedule (departure and return dates).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3) Physical International Travel SIM<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>eWave uses leading carriers to deliver products to customers.
